Savvytek Successfully Completes the Oracle EBS Implementation
Savvytek and Bank al Etihad have announced the successful implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Applications. The project aimed at optimizing the operational processes at the bank; while facilitating the implementation of the Bank’s premium strategy to increase employee’s satisfaction and improve efficiency through the optimized, better streamlined processes.
The project implementation phases included the installation and configuration of the Human Capital Management modules from Oracle EBS Suite; Oracle Human Resources Management, Payroll and Oracle Self Service. The engagement also involved supervision services for the running implementation of Oracle Financials and Integration with other systems.
The deployment of such Tier-One technology is believed to support Bank al Etihad in improving their back office operations to maximize the return on investment and enhance and optimize their processes through addressing success factors on more than one level: Technology Factors such as the application functionality and technical infrastructure, and non-technology factors such as underlying business processes, organizational factors and capacity building.
